and for the past 12 years, through her firm, Professional Services Marketing,
Inc., has helped scores of services firms develop and implement strategic
business and marketing plans. Terrie founded Professional Services
Marketing, Inc. (PSM) in 1996. In addition, Terrie served on the ethics
board of her state bar association and is extremely familiar with the ethical
Rules of Professional Conduct lawyers need to follow.
